SUMMARY:Profit First: Book Club Follow Up Meeting
DESCRIPTION:On July 30th\, we had our first book club. It was successful\, and the book made such an impression that there is talk about starting an "Accountability Group" for business owners who use the Profit First method. \n\n\n\nWe are starting slow with a follow-up meeting to our original book club discussion. A couple of attendees are going to start adding the Profit First model principles in their business and report back. \n\n\n\nAnd we are happy to have Carla Ruble with CFO Accounting Services join us with her expertise. She is the only Certified Profit First Professional in Iowa and will be sharing guidance and case studies on how Profit First has helped small businesses and their success. \n\n\n\nWho should attend?\n\n	Anyone interested in checking out the Profit First model. (Even if you haven't read the book!)\n	Small business owners who already use the model whether that is "by the book" or in a modified way.\n	Those who have read the book before and were intrigued and want to revisit whether Profit First is a good idea to implement in their business.\n\n\n\nThe Profit First model is a cash management system created by Mike Michalowicz that prioritizes profitability by flipping the traditional accounting formula. Profit is no longer an afterthought\; it's built into the system\, ensuring your business is always profitable. The system enforces cash discipline\, preventing overspending and ensuring funds are available for crucial payments. \n\n\n\nPlease register!\n\n\n\n\n\nBook: Profit First\n\nAuthor: Mike Michalowicz
