The Polk County Board of Supervisors is launching a strategic planning process to help shape the future of our county, and your voice matters!

Join us on March 18 for a Polk County Strategic Planning Community Forum hosted by the Des Moines West Side Chamber of Commerce. This session is part of a countywide effort to gather input from residents, businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders.

The strategic plan will set the vision and direction for Polk County over the next ten years. Through this process, county leaders will assess current needs, anticipate future challenges, and identify key priorities that will guide policy decisions, budgeting, and long-term investments.
