Lil' Brother Construction is looking for an experienced, hands-on Residential Lead Remodeler to join our team!

This is NOT a position for someone who only wants to supervise. We're looking for a working lead who enjoys being in the field, working alongside the crew, solving problems, and helping deliver quality remodeling projects for our customers.

As a Residential Lead Remodeler, you'll:
? Lead and train crew members
? Communicate with customers throughout projects
? Help keep projects on schedule and within budget
? Perform remodeling and handyman work alongside your team
? Ensure quality workmanship and job site safety
? Take pride in serving customers with integrity and excellence

Requirements:
?? 5-8 years of residential construction/remodeling experience
?? Experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, and minor electrical/plumbing
?? Leadership and communication skills
?? Valid driver's license and clean driving record
?? Ability to pass a drug screening

What We Offer:
?? $28-$35/hour based on experience
