We are Zaraida Eliana, owners of Celebrations by HER LLC, a Des Moines based event decor and styling business specializing in luxury balloon decor, event styling and decor, backdrop rentals, and unique event experiences.

We create thoughtfully designed decor for celebrations of all kinds, from intimate gatherings and milestone birthdays to weddings, special events, and corporate occasions. We also provide professional corporate balloon installations for businesses, grand openings, employee celebrations, brand activations, holiday events, and other corporate experiences.
