Dogtown Walking Tour
Food and Fun in Dogtown with an Economic Development Twist! University Avenue in front of Drake is buzzing with economic activity! Streetscapes are being improved, new restaurants are opening, and a new hotel is almost complete. The new Harkin Institute will be open by the end of this year and a remodeled Varsity Cinema will become the new home of the Des Moines Film Society. Come see all of this and more during a Walking Tour of the newly forming Dogtown Business and Entertainment District.
Tour Highlights Include:
